all new paint, new baths, new laminate floors. We have a beautiful
“nautical/beach” theme, new kitchen dishes, knives, silverware, etc.. Swamp
cooler upstairs and AC downstairs, the best of both worlds! The house has 2
large rooms, sleeps 8 comfortably and has 1 Full and 1/2 baths. Large
kitchen, living room, dinette and bar. All linens provided, 27" TV upstairs
19”Television downstairs, w/VCR/DVD/CABLE. Paradise Beach House at Clear Lake is
less than 1000 feet from BEACH ACCESS. Buoy for boat tying.
