Clearlake Vacations Online has been doing business in Clearlake, CA since 2004. We are privately owned and operated; priding ourselves in caring about the people we serve. The dedication and commitment to Clearlake and surrounding area homeowner's properties and their rental guests are top priority to management and staff.

Mini Bio:
Everett and I (Linda) retired here in Clearlake Oaks 2003. We have had a vacation home here at Clearlake for many many years. We loved the area and retired here. We have 2 Yorkies, Ripley & Kaylee. Ev is a retired baker and I am retired floral designer. Everett was raised and worked in Oakland/Richmond and Pinole area. I lived and worked in Petaluma in Sonoma County. Ev and I were married in Feb 2005 in Maui (picture on the right). We are very involved with our community. We are members of our local Loyal Order of the Moose. Everett held the office of "Prelate". I am past Senior Regent of the Women of the Moose. We are also members of the Keys Club. Our duties there are limited to cooking on occasion as well as bartending. We are involved with the "Philosophers Group" at Cobb Mountain. We are also members of the Glenhaven/Clearlake Oaks Business Assoc. as well as the Lakeport Chamber of Commerce.

Everett and I had our original "vacation home", "Paradise Beach House" and began vacation renting it out in 2004 as a supplemental to our income. It just took off renting to vacationers! "Paradise Beach House" has under gone a major re-model and is finished. "Paradise Beach House at Clearlake" has a "nautical" theme. Then we purchased a second vacation home in Clearlake Oaks Keys, "Touch of Tuscany". This house is a great house! This home seems to be rented about 70% of the year! Incredible! Then while traveling one year we decided to purchase a condo in Branson, MO. We rented that one from here most of the time and it was great! We never got to get back there to really enjoy our condo so we sold it this past August 2008. We take RV vacations driving all over the states. We enjoy spending time with our families and friends. We like ATV riding, boating, fishing, most anything outdoors!
I have 2 daughters, both married. We have 4 grandchildren.

We are members of the Chamber of Commerce of Lake County. Our small business is growing. We are looking to expand! We are offering our services and knowledge to you to help you also supplement your income.

As well as making reservations, we are trained to assist any guest on-line as they are viewing some of our Clearlake vacation properties.

All Clearlake Vacations Online  vacation rental properties are professionally cleaned.

"Bang For Your Buck"; We don't make any money unless we rent your home! We work on a commission basis.
What our commission pays for:

  1. Us working for you.

  2. Advertising your home on the internet on our website (we do recommend that you get the best exposure with a paid ad on www.vrbo.com of $279 a year/this price can vary from year to year)

  3. A web page dedicated to your vacation home, includes up to 10 photos of your property on our website www.clearlakevacationsonline.com

  4. Us taking the photos of your home vacation home and placing them on the website.

  5. Includes the cleaning *(usually a light housekeeping) after guests have departed.

  6. General over see of your property.

  7. We issue you a check once a month, minus our commission with a detailed accounting of the days/weeks rented.
